Thanks for shopping with Ironheadz Supps. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your gear.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

  • Standard processing time is 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

  • You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. EST or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally. We hope to do so in the near future.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days, contact us at support@ironheadzsupps.com.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If a package is marked "delivered" but you didn't receive it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier within 48 hours, then contact us.

  • For damaged items, email support@ironheadzsupps.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • Ironheadz or Bad Habits Supplements is not liable for packages stolen after confirmed delivery, but we'll do our best to help you file a carrier claim.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to a bad address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
